Abercrombie & Fitch settlement

I thank the attorneys of Lieff Cabrasser, for they have done a brilliant job in bringing Abercrombie & Fitch, that notoriously racist chain clothing store to its knees.

Last year, a few teenagers, of African-American, Hispanic and Asian extractions, filed a class action lawsuit against the clothing manufacturer/retailer, alleging that the company, in order to promote an "all American" (read White-American) "look," hired exclusively white teenagers with blond hair and blue eyes as their sales representatives. It was alleged that in one of the instances, Abercrombie executives, after seeing an Asian salesperson working at the counter, complained to the store manager and had that unfortunate salesgirl fired. It was also alleged that when a Hispanic youth applied for a job there, he was told "sorry we've already got enough Mexicans here."

Now what the HELL is this?! These stupid *%$^, gosh, what is going on in their tiny brains? Are they not *&^% aware of the fact that by 2050, over half the population would be non-white and that Hispanics gonna take over this country whether-you-like-it-or-not? These morons are essentially pandering to a shrinking slice of the pie, to say it in metaphor.

Anyhow, they are forced into a 40 million dollar settlement, and was ordered by a U.S. District Judge to spend 10 million dollars on diversity promotion. Here's the website of the good lawyers.

You know, according to federal law, stores that strive to provide genuine ethnic experience (like say a Chinese restaurant) may hire employees only of a particular race. So if Abercrombie and Fitch really wanna pander to white teenagers................my advice to them is, change the name of your company to

ARYAN NATION
