Benjamin Cardozo

I have also started reading Benjamin N. Cardozo's "Judicial Process," (1921), delivered in the Storrs Lectures at Yale Law School. It was very lucidly written and thoroughly researched.

Cardozo, an Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court (1932-1938) and a former Judge of the Court of Appeals of New York State, was widely celebrated for both his judicial insights, his learning and the elegant yet straightforward style of his prose. I will post a book review some time later, when I'm done with the book.
